Shipping policy

As a thank you to our customers, we are happy to include free shipping via UPS Ground on all domestic orders on all orders above 300 USD. We realize that sometimes it’s a rush so if you need your order sooner please contact us directly for an alternative shipping option at info@activecashmere.com.

Orders of available stock are shipped within 2-3 business days of placement. Currently, we do not ship on weekends and federal holidays. All orders placed during these times will be sent the following business day. If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping, but please sign up for our newsletter for obtains on when we launch with our international partners.
